I´m usually a link-happy webwriter. So some time, not too long ago, I linked to Nanheyangrouchuan´s Bad, bad China. Recently I found an article there that looks bad to me indeed, but not because it´s China. According to his own information in an interview with the Shanghaiist, he is an American citizen.
His post is pretty inconsistent:
1. "Free speech does not include freedom to attack."
2. "China is a"... umm... please read for yourself over there. It is exactly the contrary to his first point.

Seems that Nanheyang has granted himself some special liberties.
I don´t mind the inconsistency in itself. That can happen when people type faster than they can think. But I deeply dislike the mindset behind Nanheyang´s Harmonious Torch Journey rant. The West has real enemies in China, but China also has real enemies in the West. I consider Nanheyang´s post of April 30th hostile and megalomaniac. Nothing to fuel with google juice.
I have therefore turned » my existing links to Nanheyang´s blog into mere text.
Anyway, if you want to study how the good Saruman (who at the beginning had nothing to do with Mordor) turned into a bad, bad Saruman (because the palantír convinced him that to be bad was the future), just think of people who write that kind of stuff:
